Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 working days from the date the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 4–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and pin code.

Metro cities typically receive orders faster, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, transport disruptions, government holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

Shipping Partners

Cosense partners with trusted courier services such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and other reliable logistics providers to ensure safe delivery.

Please note that Cosense does not operate its own delivery network.

Important Delivery Information

While our courier partners are reliable, occasional delivery issues may occur:

In rare cases, the delivery executive may incorrectly update the delivery status. If this happens, please contact the courier company first and then inform our support team so we can escalate the issue.

Do not share the delivery OTP until you have received the parcel.

If you request the delivery executive to reschedule delivery, do not share the OTP, as it may mark the order as delivered.

If you receive a message stating your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 24–48 hours so we can investigate the issue with the courier partner.

Returns are accepted only for size exchanges. If the size you ordered does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different size, subject to availability.
